How is the reaction?
When evaluating the integrators in FB CCTRL e.g. for position calculations in the cycle of a rotary table faulty calculations may have occurred.
When does the problem occur?
In case of non integer cycle lengths the places behind the decimal point were lost, because the residual value treatment has not been applied to the position values. This restriction does not have any influence on the accuracy of the drive since the integrators are not used for the setpoint selection to the motor control.
Possible diagnostics?
When evaluating the integrator in the C1339/x display code digits the position values compared to the position of the motor shaft results in a phase-angle error. The drive's position is correct, the integrators' positions are wrong.
Short-term measures / recommendations?
The output at 1339/x code digit has been extended by the residual value treatment. The calculation of the curve position derives from the relation CDATA-YEND to CCTRL-Y-END.
