What happens?
A value larger than the permissible current limit can be set under C0022 for the maximum current. As a result the maximum torque (code C0057) will be calculated incorrectly and the
inexact internal motor modelling will lead to an uncontrolled behaviour.
When does the problem occur?
Code C0022 can be assigned with an impermissible value by using the parameter monitor of the Drive PLC Developer Studio software and the Global Drive Control software. A faulty setting under code C0022 via keypad (EMZ9371BB) is not possible.
Possible diagnostics?
After changing code C0022 its value can be checked and corrected correspondingly.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
When changing the value under code C0022 by using the software mentioned above the limit values for Imax must always be considered.
