Implications of the problem:
String processing does not function after converting and it is not possible to enter values.
When does the problem occur:
When converting a project with string processing from one HMI type to another. The problem occurs if, for example, a project is created on an H315 and converted to another HMI platform (e.g. H410).
Diagnostic options:
It is not possible to enter values after converting the previously error-free project.
After a short period (1 s ... 3 s) a message is displayed:
%CH Wrong Device ID
<ESC> to continue
This message can be acknowledged via the ESC key. No further entries are possible.
Short-term measures/recommendations:
The problem can only be resolved by recreating the HMI project on the new HMI platform - the conversion function cannot be used in conjunction with string processing.
