¨user-specific setting¨, exchange the parameter sets during saving in 8200vector/motec

Which products are affected?
8200motec SW 2.1 (0.25 - 7.5 kW)
8200vector SW 2.1 (0.25 - 11 kW)
8200vector SW 2.2 (15 - 90 kW)

What happens?
From the basic device software >= V2.1 onwards it is possible to save an 'user-specific setting' in the drive controller. It is only possible to save the parameter of parameter set 1 (not the active parameter set) as 'user-specific setting' in the frequency inverter. Afterwards, the 'user-specific setting' can be copied into each one of the four parameter sets.

When does the problem occur?
When creating the 'user-specific setting' it is possible that the different parameter sets are mixed. This mixture of parameter sets is caused by the following process:

1. Download the parameter sets from Keypad or PC (GDC e. g. with F5) and if
2. C0003 = 3 'user-specific setting' and
3. C0002 = 9 'user-specific setting' are saved directly afterwards an unintentional parameter set is created.
How is the reaction?
After the download of the parameter sets you would like to save the factory setting, the active parameter set won't inevitably saved.

Background:
The parameter set which has been downloaded last is in the memory (RAM) of the controller (e. g. PAR4 when downloaded all parameter sets at C0002 = 4). The memory serves as data source for the creation of the 'user-specific setting'.

Possible diagnostics?
none

Short-term measures?

1. In parameter set 1: Set the parameters of the single codes (via keypad or GDC).
2. The parameter set switching must not be activated meanwhile, the controller must be in parameter set 1.
3. Carry out mains connection once.
4. Set code C0003 = 3 via keypad or GDC (without parameter up- or download).
5. Write C0002 = 9 (save the 'user-specific setting' data into the frequency inverter).
6. Carry out mains connection once.
In order to transfer the data of the 'user-specific setting' into the single parameter sets the copying process is to be activated via a corresponding entry under C0002.

If the parameter sets are transferred via Keypad the data of the 'user-specific setting' is not transferred (only parameter sets 1 to 4 are transferred).
