EtherCAT does not switch to 'Operational'

Description of the behavior: 

  • The EtherCAT master of the controller does not switch to the 'Operational' state.
  • Although the message 'Start Download Service' appears in the logbook, the download service is not ended. The message 'Download Service done' does not appear.

Conditions under which the behavior occurs:
The behavior described above occurs if the application object, which is named 'Application' by default, is renamed in the PLC Designer project.

Cabinet Controller c430 from V1.0
Cabinet Controller c520 from V1.0
Cabinet Controller c550 from V1.0

Short-term measure, recommendations, evaluation:
Do not change the name of the 'Application' object in the device tree of the PLC Designer project.
