i950 Brake logic: Stored torque value greater than torque limits and cannot be reached when releasing the brake

Removed from:
Servo-Inverter i950 FW:  from  V01.15.xx   (in planning)

Behavior of the new version:

Description of the behavior:
When the holding brake is released, a time-out monitoring system triggers:
0x2009FF21 Time-Out Holding brake feedforward control.
Even after an error reset, reboot or switching to the mains i950, this monitoring function is activated again and again.
Under what conditions does the behavior occur?
  • The brake control in the i950 is used: Brake mode 0x2820:1 = 0: Automatically
  • Starting torque source 0x2820:9 = 0: Last saved torque
  • The last time the brake was applied, a pre-control torque was saved, which exceeds the torque limit 0x60E0 the next time the brake is released.

Affected products:
Servo-Inverter i950 FW

Short-term measures / Rating / Recommendations:
Temporary Starting torque source 0x2820:9 = 1: Torque in 0x2820:10 and in 0x2810 a value smaller 0x60E0. Then release the brake once. The original setting can then be restored.
