Description
CamLoader is a software tool for the conversion of cam data (value tables) to the drive-specific data formats and the optionally following download to the target system:
• Import of cam data (in up to 5 sections), cam data and positioning markers in the format as defined in VDI2143
• Support of the target systems EVS93XX-EK, as well as EVS93XX-ET and ECSCAxxxC4B in conjunction with the software package CAM (Cam template)
• Generation of the target system specific cam files (LC7-/LC9-files)
• In online operation the download of cam data to one or several servo controllers of the axis connection is possible
• Operation in the background by control via batch-files is possible

System requirements
• Microsoft® Windows NT® 4.0 (as of Service Pack 5), Windows® 2000 (as of Service Pack 2) or Windows XP
• IBM compatible PC with ≥ Intel®Pentium®-90 processor
• 128 MB RAM, 128 MB for Windows 2000 and Windows XP
• 120 MB free hard disk capacity
• Super-VGA-screen
• Pointer (mouse, trackball etc.)
• Free ports/interfaces according to the requirements of the fieldbus connection module to be used (e. g. USB-ports for EMF2177IB).
• Installation of CamLoader V1.0
Software installation
Proceed as follows to install the update of the CamLoader V1.0 to V1.1:
1. Unpack the ZiP-file
CamLoader_V11_Update.zip on your PC. During unpacking the directory
CamLoader_V11_Update, containing the installation files, is created on your PC.
2. Close CamLoader, if it should already have been started.
3. Start the
setup.exe program from the extracted directory
CamLoader_V11_Update and follow the instructions of the installation program.
