Function extension:
The project template of ApplicationTemplate V3.17 contains the new project property 'AT_PlugIn' (see menu Project>Project informationen, Properties tab). When opening a PLC project that does not have this project property, ApplicationTemplate-specific functions will be deactivated in the PLC Designer (e.g. 'Create ACD Slave Access' context menu command) and cannot be used.

Application:
Project templates of the ApplicationTemplate <V3.14 are not compatible with the ApplicationTemplate-specific functions. When opening a project based on an older project template with the current PLC Designer version, the new project property ensures that the execution of ApplicationTemplate-specific functions will not lead to malfunctions.
Projects that are based on a compatible project template but are not equipped with the new project property can be subsequently supplemented with the property in the project. For this purpose, open the Properties tab in the 'Project information' dialog (menu Project>Project information) and insert the property 'AT_PlugIn' of the 'Version' type and the value '1.0.0.0'.
