General:

  • New technology modules in the library:
    • L_TT1P_PickAndPlaceHigh
    • L_TT1P_TablePositioningBase
    • L_TT1P_FlyingSawBase
    • L_TT1P_BasicMotionBase

TM WinderDancerCtrl (Base, State, High)

  • Adaptation of the state machine
    • You can switch from SYNCLINEVEL to DANCERCTRL and back again.
  • Status output "xSynchronised" is synchronised to the line speed.
  • Synchronisation function of status output "xAccDecSync" is active. Up and down synchronisation of winder.
  • New function: Material length counter: Unwound or rewound material is counted in mm.

TM WinderTensionCtrl (Base, State, High)

  • Adaptation of the state machine

TM VirtualMaster (Base, State, High)

  • In xContinuous mode, the direction of rotation can be defined via the sign of the speed lrSetVel.
  • In xContinuous mode, the parameterised direction eDirection = mcCurrentDirection (Retain current direction) is supported.
  • TM VirtualMasterHigh: A new clutch mode is available (Ramp_Time). This mode allows time-based clutching in to the external master.

TM Pick&Place (Base, State)

  • Additional axis groups with up to 6 degree of freedoms to display different kinematics.

TM ElectricalShaftVel (Base, State, High)

  • Application point for describing the clutch factors X/Y
