Switching frequency 0x2939: Extended selections for 8 kHz fixed or 16 kHz fixed (from V1.6.3)

Function extension:
Two additional setting options have been implemented for the switching frequency of the inverter (0x2939):

0x2939 = 0: 16 kHz variable
0x2939 = 1: 8 kHz variable
0x2939 = 2: 4 kHz
0x2939 = 10: 16 kHz fixed (new)
0x2939 = 11: 8 kHz fixed (new)

Application:

Applications in which the switching frequency should not fall below the set value, e.g. to avoid noises.
In applications with residual-current circuit-breakers (FI, RCD), the leakage currents might be lower if the switching frequency is set to a value higher than 4 kHz.
