What happens?
In the case of a parameter set changeover, a 'Motor control not equal to motor data' Id7 error occurs.
When does the problem occur?
If the following conditions are met at the same time:
- The controller is enabled.
- Via the definable parameter list of the LS_WriteParamList system block, motor data are changed over from an ASM to an SM. The following parameters are decisive: C087 Rated motor speed, C089 Rated motor frequency, and C006 Motor control.
Diagnostics options?
If the monitoring function only responds if the change-over is executed during controller enable, and not if the controller is only re-enabled after the change-over, this indicates the response described.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
The change-over of the motor parameters should not be carried out via the definable parameter list, but via the motor data parameter list.
Or the controller must be inhibited during the change-over.
Evaluation:
The response typically occurs after a FW upgrade in the case of inverters in the field, the application of which is based on a FW version < 12.x. The Id7 monitoring function and also the motor data parameter list are function expansions from FW 12.x. The Id7 monitoring function cannot be switched off. To find a remedy, the application must be changed.
