What happens?
The following error message is indicated during the installation via terminal server access:
The DLL library …\user32.dll could not be loaded. The specified module could not be found.

The error message may occur when installing the Engineer on the Windows operating system Windows Server 2008 R2 via terminal server access.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
1st option:
Use the 'change user /install' command before installing an application in order to create all files for the application in the terminal server subdirectory. Use the 'change user /execute' after the installion in order to return to the standard ambient settings of the terminal server.
2nd option:
Carry out the installation directly on the Windows server system without using the terminal server access.
Evaluation:
The function restriction may occur when the installation is carried out under Windows Server 2008 R2 and a terminal server acces is used for it. The installation can be exectued without problems when considering the above-mentioned recommendation.
