Integrating the current OPC servers

Functional description
When the L-force Loader V4.5 is used, the following current OPC servers are installed:

Communication software
- Drive server V1.3.1.11
- Diagnostics bus server V0.5.10.0
- CAN bus server V2.2.5.0
- Ethernet bus server V0.4.6.0

The communication software version can be displayed using the ?>About menu command.
