Function blocks - Configurable behaviour of the blocks LS_AnalogOutput, LS_DigitalOutput, LP_CanIn and LP_CanOut in the event of a fault/error (from V4.0 onwards)

Function extension:
In the event of faults, the function blocks 'LS_AnalogOutput', 'LS_DigitalOutput', *LP_CanIn' and 'LP_CanOut' can assume various states. These states are set by means of decoupling configuration and a decoupling value.
