Functional description
After changing the function block interconnection this function can be used to download the compiled interconnection to the controller's RAM for a test. Compared to the normal 'Download program' function the data are downloaded faster to the controller; however, it is not a complete data download (KeypadMenuFiles and ApplicationInfoZipFile are not downloaded). If the interconnection in the controller is to be tested, the 'Test in the device' button must be selected from the function block editor. When the test has been completed successfully, the user must once download the entire application to the device to ensure that all data have been downloaded and that the application is safe against mains failure in the controller.
Applications
Using the 'Test the interconnection in the device' function different interconnections can be downloaded to the device and tested in short periods of time during commissioning. This is time-saving (it approx. halves download times) during commissioning.
