Functional description
The Profinet I/O controller (PLC) can recognise the topology of the Profinet I/O network.
Applications
This function can be used to recognise the topological network structure and for diagnostics in the event of a fault.
Note:
Network topology recognition is only possible with the new GSDML file GSDML-V2.1-Lenze-9400PN110-20081118.xml and also requires a PLC and/or Profinet controller which supports this function.
