Compilation error when the extended character set is used

Which products are affected?
ESP-HMI1-P (HMI Designer V1.7)

What happens?
The following error message is indicated when compiling an HMI project (menu item: Tools>Compile project):
FEHLER – Unable to compile texts dimension

When does the problem occur?
The error message mentioned above is indicated during compilation if a WINDOWS font with the Extended char. set attribute is inserted into the HMI project and an update from HMI Designer V1.6 to V1.7 instead of the full version of the HMI Designer V1.7 has been installed.

Possible diagnostics?
None.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
Install Service Pack 1 for HMI Designer V1.7.

Evaluation:
The Extended char. set attribute is activated when a WINDOWS font is inserted if a unicode font (e.g. for Chinese fonts) is to be added or the resources for inserting a font consisting of up to 256 characters are exhausted.
