Manual operation of the ECS without higher-level control

Function description
The selection of the control interfaces under C4010 has been extended. The control option via application control word is now available, too (C4010 = 3). All control bits can be set via the code in the application control word. Therefore, a CAN communication is no longer required for control purposes.
As a result, the drive can be traversed without an external control in order to check e.g. the basic drive functions.
