Global Drive Loader V3.0
What happens?
If the
Global Drive Loader opens one of the following configuration tools:
- system bus configurator (Menu Options>system bus configurator)
- LECOM configurator (Menu Options>LECOM configurator)
- Drive Server configurator (Menu Options>Drive Server configurator)
and closes it, the graphical user interface of the
Global Drive Loader is the lowest program on the Windows desktop, i.e. if the corresponding configurator was closed, the
Global Drive Loader might be concealed by another window and thus no more be visible for the user.
When does the problem occur?
The reaction described above can occur if other windows apart from the
Global Drive Loader are active on the Windows desktop and overlap with the graphical user interface of the
Global Drive Loader.
Possible diagnostics?
The
Global Drive Loader still remains in the task bar as an active program.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Use the Windows task bar or the key combination <
Alt>+<
Tab> to shift the
Global Drive Loader back to the foreground.
Evaluation
If one of the configurators mentioned above is opened and closed, the
Global Drive Loader remains on the Windows desktop (in the background) as the lowest program. This function restriction does not influence the download of files.
