Reset (original) does not delete application RAM 1 and 2

Which products are affected?
ECS axis module ECSxA series, operating system ≥ 3.0 and ≤ V6.5
EVS93xx-EI (Servo PLC V6.3 - V6.5)
EVS93xx-ET (Servo PLC V6.3 - V6.5)

What happens?
Application RAMs 1 and 2 have not been set to zero. There is still some data in the memory left.

When does the problem occur?
During mains connection or if a reset (original) is executed.

Possible diagnostics?
None.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
Delete the RAMs mentioned above manually.

Evaluation:
A manual deleting of the application data is required.
