What happens?
If the absolute value encoder of the motor is turned during the download, this movement is not recorded after starting the PLC program since the absolute value encoder is not read in again after the download. As a result, the position is lost and a crash might occur.
When does the problem occur?
If the motor shaft is turned during the program download.

None.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Ensure that the motor shaft is not turned during the download, e. g. by an external brake.
Evaluation:
The error occurs immediately during commissioning in combination with a project download.
