Applications
During TouchProbe positioning the software limit positions can be passed during relative residual travel if the distance to the limit position is insufficient for braking the drive. By means of continuous monitoring, this passing of the limit is reliably detected.
Function description
With a known reference position, in the 'Positioning' template state the software limit positions are continuously monitored to detect if limits are passed, particularly during TouchProbe positioning. Positive software limit positions can be negatively specified and negative software limit positions can be positively specified (including monitoring).
