Behaviour of SM301 / SO20 / SO30 when communication on the safety bus is aborted
Question: How does the safety module react when communication on the safety bus is aborted?
Answer: When communication is aborted, all user data transmitted via PROFIsafe from the control system to the module will be reset to '0'. Depending on the safe parameter setting, the safety functions parameterised via the parameter 'S-bus: Filter control data' (C15113) with the setting 'Passing through' will be activated when communication is aborted.
