Answer:
The status signal DI_bMainSupplyOk is directly derived from mains input terminals L1, L2 and L3 and evaluates the zero crossings of the individual mains phases. Since the 9400 Multi Drives are supplied via the DC bus, there are no zero crossings detected at mains input terminals L1, L2 and L3 although the power supply is correct and the signal (correctly) remains at LOW level.
