Increase breakaway torque in case of vector control

Question:

What is the correct reaction like to a too low breakaway torque (e. g. knitting machines)?

Answer:

If low field frequencies (fd < 5 Hz) have a too low torque, a precise setting can be executed be modifying the motor resistance C0084.
Measure:
  • Increase value in C0084 -> torque increases

or
  • Increase value in C0092 -> torque in increases
