L_TT1P_CrossCutter: Under certain conditions, the axis jumps to the zero position after xSyncOutInstant (corrected from V3.12)

Corrected from:
L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM V3.12.0.9 library

Response of the new version:
Even if the master is at standstill, the slave axis will be declutched immediately along the lrSyncOutDec ramp if the xSyncOutInstant function = TRUE.

What happens?
The cross-cutter axis jumps to the zero position.

When does this behaviour ocurr?
The behaviour occurs if xSyncOutInstant is actuated in the 'Cutting' mode when the master is at standstill.

Which products are affected?
L_TT1P_CrossCutter function block from L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM library (V3.10.0.8 and higher)

Short-term measures:
- Only activate immediate declutching via xSyncOutInstant = TRUE when the master is not at standstill.
Or
- Execute immediate declutching via xHalt = TRUE .

Evaluation/recommendations:
If the above-described short-term measure is observed, immediate declutching will be performed correctly. The function restriction will be corrected until Release V3.12.0.
