VDSL - Very High Speed Digital Subscriber Line

Just like ISDN and ADSL, VDSL provides network access via existing communication systems. The VDSL technology allows baud rates of up to 60 Mbps over short distances [maximally 1.5 km] and is thus 10 times faster than ADSL.
