Association of more than 30 international manufacturers of variable speed drives and institutes. Founded in 1990 with the objective to define a standardised communication profile for all drive systems, to create a standardised, controller-neutral DRIVECOM operating and diagnostics software, and to prepare a certification for DRIVECOM-compatible drives. This allows users to replace devices of one manufacturer by devices of another manufacturer.
The DRIVECOM is a user group of the
INTERBUS Club.
