The resolution of the bus and standard I/O's analog input / of the application I/O's analog inputs by the analog/digital transformer requires how many bits?

Answer:
The resolution depends on the set current and voltage range:

Bus or standard I/O:
  •    0 V ...   +5 V  :  10 bits
  •    0 V ... +10 V  :  10 bits
  • -10 V ... +10 V  :    9 bits + sign bit
  •  0 mA ...  20 mA :  10 bits
  •  4 mA ...  20 mA:  10 bits

Application I/O:
  •    0 V ...   +5 V  :  10 bits
  •    0 V ... +10 V  :  10 bits
  • -10 V ... +10 V  :  10 bits + sign bit
  •  0 mA ...  20 mA :  10 bits
  •  4 mA ...  20 mA:  10 bits

 (The range can be configured via code C0034 and the Dip-switches or jumpers.)
