L_TT1P_Winder: Wrong ramp is used for deceleration (corrected from V3.13)

Response of the new version:
 The lrSyncLineDec ramp is used for deceleration.
 
What happens?
The ramp set in scPar.lrSyncLineAcc is used for deceleration.
The ramp set in scPar.lrSyncLineDec should be used.
 
When does this behaviour occur?
The technology module is decelerated from the line speed -> xSyncLineVel = FALSE;
 
Which products are affected?
L_TT1P_Winder technology module from the L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM library (V3.12.0.9 and higher)
 
Short-term measures:
Set the scPar.lrSyncLineAcc ramp to the the value to be used for deceleration.
The changed scPar.lrSyncLineAcc ramp becomes immediately effective.
 
Evaluation/recommendations:
The faulty behaviour is only relevant if different ramps are to be used for acceleration and deceleration. If the above-described short-term measure is observed, the function is provided.
