L_TT1P_ElectricalShaft: "Division by 0" exception with dwDenominator = 0 (eliminated from V3.13)

Behaviour of new version:

If the parameter scPar.dwDenominator is set to zero then the exception is not shown. The technology module generates an error and the internal value is set to "1".

What happens?

"Division by zero" exception occurs.

When does this behaviour occur?

After clutching in, scPar.dwDenominator is set to 0.

Which products are affected?
L_TT1P_ElectricalShaft function block from the L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM library (V3.12.0.9 and higher)

Short-term measures:

The dwDenominator gearbox factor must not be set to 0.
