After CAN BootUp, device remains in CAN Warning (eliminated from V5.0 onwards)

Behaviour of the new version?
The status of the CAN bus is displayed correctly via the CAN diagnostic LEDs.
Which products are affected?
8400 StateLine / HighLine with FW < 05.01
What happens?
CAN LED is blinking red and the device displays CAN Warning.
However, full function of the CAN bus is provided.
When does the problem occur?
If no other node on the CAN bus responds when the 8400 is started, the device remains in Warning even if another node is eventually connected to the CAN bus after the BootUp.
Possible diagnostics?
Check the CAN communication status via C0359.
Short-term measures / recommendations?
None
Evaluation:
The problem only relates to diagnostics and not to the drive behaviour.
