What happens?
In the Positioning operating mode, the software limit positions are sometimes not evaluated.
When does the problem occur?
Permanent evaluation of the software limit positions is not always active in the Positioning operating mode. The consideration of the software limit positions depends on the previous operating mode and on the respective configuration of the software limit positions in the previous operating mode.
Possible diagnostics?
In the Positioning operating mode, software limit positions are not evaluated for application-dependent reasons.
Short-term measures / recommendations?
Activate software limit positions for all operating modes.
Evaluation:
Error which may result in damage to the machine.
Generally, none of the monitoring functions in the controller are suitable for the protection of persons.
