Standby operation and PARAM-RD (elimination)

Which products are affected?

Function restriction eliminated on the 9300EP servo positioning controller as of versions V2.5 and V6.1.

Eliminated function restriction

The change in travel profile parameters with POS-PARAM-RD = HIGH during the standby operation was not possible. For example, change in ultimate velocity in order to make a flying change to positioning, without any change in velocity.
Now new travel profile parameters are also accepted during standby operation with POSPARAM-RD = High.

Short-term measures/recommendations?

Possibly adapt travel profile parameters using FEVAN; the duration of value transfer with FEVAN is, however, longer than with POS-PARAM-RD.

Evaluation:

Improvement in usability of the standby operation function.
