L_TT1P_ElectricalShaftVelHigh: OP01_lrOffset displays no values (corrected from V3.17.0)

Corrected from:
Library:  L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM from V03.17.0.47
                 (Update via Easy Package Manager)
Response of the new version:
The OP01_lrOffset variable (from the scSignalFlow structure) displays valid values in a clutched-in state.

What happens?
OP01_lrOffset variable (scSignalFlow structure) permanently displays 'zero'.

When does this behaviour occur?
The technology module is in a clutched-in state (xSynchronised = TRUE).
A velocity offset is connected at the lrSetOffset input.

Which products are affected?
L_TT1P_ElectricalShaftVelHigh from the L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM library (V3.16.0.62 and higher)

Short-term measures:
The status of the OP01_lrOffset variable is also displayed via the lrOffset output. The technology module output can thus be directly used to read out the current offset.

Evaluation/recommendations:
If the above short-term measure is taken into account, the desired status can be displayed via the offset.
