What happens?
After switch on the graphical display H410 shows the error message RAM check error.
When does the problem occur?
The above-mentioned reaction occurs when the graphical displays H410 is switched on.
This function restriction affects the graphical display H410 with the hardware version 1C only. However, not all operating units of this hardware version are affected.
Possible diagnostics?
None.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
If the above-mentioned function restriction occurs, please contact the Lenze Service.
With hardware version 1D this function restriction is eliminated.
Evaluation:
When this function restriction occurs the machine cannot be operated by means of the graphical display anymore.
Not all operating units of type H410 hardware version 1C are affected by this function restriction (see Service Message No. 12/2007).
