L_TT1P_RegisterControlState: Several touch-probe events in a window lead to maloperation of the TM (eliminated from V3.10)

Eliminated from:
L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM V3.10.0.8
L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_SM3 V3.10.0.7

Behaviour of new version:
Only the first touch-probe event inside of the mark window is used for calculation of the mark error. All other touch-probe events inside the mark window are not used.

What happens?
The distance between the marks and the mark error are not identified correctly. The technology module does not compensate the touch-probe positions correctly.

When does this behaviour occur?
The RegisterControl technology module is activated. The distance of the mark sensor to the tool (lrSensorToolDistance) is at least the register length (lrMarkDist) or greater. Several touch-probe events are generated in the same window.

Which products are affected?
L_TT1P_RegisterControl function block in L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_SM3 library (V3.6.0.11 and higher)
L_TT1P_RegisterControl function block in L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM library (V3.9.0.62 and higher)

Short-term measures:
Ensure that there will be only one touch-probe event per window in the application.
