Function block interconnection / application stops for 1 ms when reading or writing to C0005 (eliminated from V5.0 onwards)

Eliminated from:
StateLine / HighLine with firmware version V05.01 or higher

Behaviour of the new version?
This function restriction is eliminated with the above-mentioned firmware version.

Which products are affected?
8400 StateLine / HighLine with FW < 05.01

What happens?
The processing of the function block connection stops for 1 ms.
This problem only occurs very sporadically – not for every C0005 write/read request but dependent on the internal timing of the device.
Incorrect generation of toggle bit information (e.g. 1 ms toggle bit with connected NOT stops for 1 ms).
Signals pending for only 1 ms from the outside are not recognised.

When does the problem occur?
The error occurs if:
C0005 is read (e.g. if the Engineer displays the application tab)
C0005 is written to (if the application is changed)

Short-term measures / recommendations?
Do not read / write to C0005.

Evaluation:
The error can be avoided if the recommendations are followed.
