With Lenze FAST Robotics, we offer a future-proof software platform based on PLCopen standards that is modular and expandable. Thanks to predefined robot types, you can start creating applications immediately and quickly integrate robots into production lines.

Our PLC controls robots and machines, as well as supports articulated arm robots and kinematics, with up to 6 degrees of freedom with various auxiliary axes.

Parameterizing instead of programming

The Lenze FAST Robotic modular system includes complete technology applications and many auxiliary functions. The robot can be commissioned by parameterization, which considerably shortens the development time. By adding commands or modules without changing the code, the software remains reusable and maintainable. In addition to applications, FAST also offers system services such as asset management, condition monitoring and OEE tracking. FAST also enables functional enhancements at short notice according to customer requirements.

With our robotics solutions, you do not need an additional controller, programming environment or control cabinet. Movements and machine functions are created directly on the controller in accordance with IEC 61131-3 without special training for your employees. The robot works seamlessly and synchronized with the machine. All components such as robots, sensors, conveyor belts, grippers and light barriers are integrated and perfectly coordinated via EtherCAT.
