Training objectives
The participants will be capable of commissioning the Inverter Drives 8400 independently and adapting applications to their own requirements. They will also learn about the functionalities and control characteristics.
Prerequisites
Basic privour knowledge of electrical engineering are required.
Agenda - Presentation of the Inverter Drives 8400
- Commissioning and diagnostics using the keypad and the »Engineer« software
- Creating projects, implementing applications
- Guide to using the function block editor and oscilloscope
- Operating modes with and without encoder feedback
- Pre-made applications for speed-controlled and position-controlled drives (speed actuating drive, table positioning)
- Connecting fieldbuses
- Practical exercises on the training equipment
