The participants learn how to commission the Inverter i500 and how to adapt the applications to individual requirements.
Prerequisites
The free online training "Inverter i500 Basics" is recommended for this workshop.
Agenda
Practice: commissioning of the Inverter i500 for different applications using different engineering tools (Keypad, PC) and adapting them to individual needs:
- Presentation of the Inverter Drives i500
- Characteristics of setpoint structure and operating modes and selection of control signals
- Adapting the Inverter i500 to the requirements of a conveyor drive (I/Os, motion profile, start/stop behaviour)
- Inverter i500 default settings (favourite list, parameter sets, access control)
- Optimization of motor control
- Integration to master control via field bus
- Advanced functions of Inverter i500 (process controller, help functions, supervision)
