Conditions of the Participation in our Raffle
Anyone who is at least 18 years old and fills in all the required fields so if applicable we can inform him/her about the prize can participate in our raffle. The prize is a Lenze christmas package. The closing date for the registration is December, 12th 2025 at 8pm. There is no right of appeal. Employees (and their relatives) of Lenze SE and companies belonging to the Group, as well as companies involved in the organization and processing of the competition, are not eligible to participate.
I have read the terms and conditions of the raffle. I agree that my personal data will be temporarily stored for the purpose of identification as well as for the purpose of prize notification in the case of a win. If I have not given any further consent to the collection, storage and processing of my personal data vis-à-vis Lenze SE and companies affiliated with Lenze SE, this data will be blocked for further use after the final settlement of the raffle and deleted after expiry of the retention period under tax and commercial law. The legal process is excluded.

Raffles
By participating in our raffle, you as a participant expressly agree to Lenze SE processing your personal data (surname, first name, company, address, telephone number, email address) required to carry out the giveaway. Your personal information and data will be collected with the utmost care and integrity, will be stored and used only for the intended purpose (notification of the prize and the dispatch of the prize) and will be kept for up to 3 months after the end of the giveaway.
The IP address is stored as part of the raffle, for data integrity reasons, in order to ensure the stability and operational security of our system.
The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1. lit. a) and lit. f) GDPR.
Data security
Your data may be processed by a service provider within the scope of order processing. In this case we will structure the contractual relationship in accordance with the relevant requirements of Art. 6 in accordance with Art. 26, 28 or 46 GDPR. Both Lenze SE and the provider use technical and organizational security measures to protect your collected data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
Data deletion
Fundamentally, we process the data as long as this is necessary to fulfill the purpose of the raffle, unless there are legal obligations that require longer storage.
Your Rights
You have the right to receive information about your personal data stored by us. In addition, you have the right to delete or block inadmissible data or correct incorrect data.
If we process your personal data on the basis of consent, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time in accordance with Art. 7 GDPR. The revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing until the revocation.
If we process your personal data on the basis of a balance of interests, then you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, taking into account the requirements of Art. 21 GDPR.
