Clock pulses disturb PLC input or controller

The clock pulses of the safe output disturb the connected PLC input or an active sensor sets controller inhibit on a controller for a short time. How can this be prevented?

There are special terminal blocks with an integrated filter available. Connect the terminal blocks between the safe output and the PLC input. In the attachment, you can find the data sheet for such a filter.
