After boot up the emergency telegram is sent once (elimination)
With occurrence of a heartbeat event the emergency telegram contains a defective error code in byte 0 and byte 1 (elimination)
After acknowledgement of an occurred heartbeat event the emergency telegram with the error code 0 is not sent (elimination)
