Oscilloscope: Triggering on a TA variable does not work on first start (fixed as of V01.10.00)

Removed from:
Servo-Inverter i950 FW:    from V01.10.00

Behavior of the new version:
As expected, triggering now works correctly the first time the recording is started.

Description of behavior:
Oscilloscope in the i950:
The triggering works after the first start of the recording under certain conditionsn not if a variable from the technology application (TA) is used for triggering.
The measurement is started and runs, but the trigger condition is not recognized and the measurement is therefore not ended automatically.

Under what conditions does the behavior occur?

a)

After switching on the device, a recording is started for the first time:

  • At least one parameter from the application should be recorded and
  • a variable from the application is configured.
b) At least one oscilloscope recording has already been successfully performed:

  • The configuration of the oscilloscope recording has been changed and
  • a variable from the application configured and
  • the channel used was unused in previous measurements or had a different data type.

How to determine if a parameter is part of the PLC application is?

  • In the parameter list of the engineering tool (e.g. Easy Starter) all parameters of the PLC application can be found in the "Application Parameters" submenu.

Affected products:
Servo-Inverter i950 FW

Short-term measures / Assessment / recommendations:
