EtherCAT diagnosis manual (Lenze controller)

The 'EtherCAT_diagnosis_information_V10_en.pdf' manual contains instructions for gathering the EtherCAT diagnosis information at a Lenze controller.
The manual can be forwarded to Lenze customers to get the required information.
 
Please save the EtherCAT_diagnosis_information_20180502.zip file on your PC and unpack the zip file in a directory of your choice. The zip file includes the above-mentioned manual (EtherCAT_diagnosis_information_V11_en.pdf).
 
Apart from the manual, the zip file also contains the 'EtherCAT_diagnosis_files_customer_YYYYMMDD' folder.
  • Please save the information/files requested by Lenze in the folder structure.
  • Replace the 'customer' wildcard in the 'EtherCAT_diagnosis_files_customer_YYYYMMDD' folder name with your company name and 'YYYYMMDD' with the current date.
  • Zip the folder and return it to Lenze.
