Question: How can I calculate the commissioning parameters for the 8400 dancer-controlled and tension-controlled winder technology applications?
Answer:
The parameters should be calculated by means of the attached Excel tool. After entering a few mechanical, motor and acceleration time data, the parameters to be imported into the Engineer project will be calculated. Especially when using the acceleration compensation, we strongly recommend to import the parameters from the attached tool; these parameters cannot be determined manually!
The latest tool versions are valid for the 8400 dancer-controlled and tension-controlled winder technology applications from V1.0.
