Support of the 94xx SM302 safety module

Function extension:
For an additional support of the SM302 safety module, the firmware has been revised as follows:

• The containers and interfaces for safety data have been extended from 8 bytes (SM301) to 16 bytes (SM302)
• The interfaces are automatically configured in accordance with the safety version (SM301/SM302)
• The extended safety slot is described in der GSDML file: GSDML_V2.3-Lenze-9400PN300-20160428.xml
