L_EATP_ApplicationTemplate library: New baseChannel methods

Function extension:

The following methods have been added to the baseChannel:
baseChannelGetSlaveAddress​ Returns the address of the requested module when searching for the index.​
​baseChannelGetSlaveIndex Returns the index of a module when searching for the address.
​baseChannelGetStateTransitionDisabled Returns whether the requested state transition is disabled for the indicated slave module.
