In which cases, may NFC communication with the Lenze Smart Motor be disturbed?

Question: For what reason may NFC communication between a Lenze Smart Motor and a mobile Android device (smartphone or tablet) be disturbed?

Answer: NFC communication may be disturbed for the following reasons:

The Android device does not include NFC communication.
A replacement battery has been inserted. For some devices, the NFC antenna is located in the battery. The replacement battery may not include the NFC antenna.
The battery charge level of the mobile device is insufficient. In the case of a low battery charge level, NFC communication will not be activated.
When touching the "Read data record" or "Write data record" button, the mobile device has already been within the range of the Smart Motor (NFC antenna). When reading/writing is started, the Android device must be outside the antenna range of the Lenze Smart Motor.
Is the smartphone set to Swedish, no negative values can be entered. If an operating error occurs, change the language to German or English.
